DTF (Direct to Film) printing is an advanced method that prints your artwork onto a special film using vibrant inks and adhesive powder. After printing, the film is heat-pressed onto the fabric, creating a long-lasting, colorful design. Unlike traditional methods like screen printing or vinyl, DTF can be used on various materials such as cotton, polyester, and fabric blends.

DTF transfers can be applied to a wide range of fabrics, including 100% cotton, cotton/poly blends, polyester, canvas, denim, fleece, spandex, and more. They work perfectly on both light and dark materials. Thanks to this versatility, DTF printing is ideal for creating custom designs on t-shirts, jerseys, hats, hoodies, and bags.

For the best results, follow these general heat press settings:

Temperature: 280–300°F (155–160°C)

Pressure: Medium to firm (around 6KG)

Time: 10–15 seconds

Place the DTF transfer film on your garment and press. Allow it to cool completely (cold peel for about 10 seconds), then gently remove the film. Finish by pressing again for 5 seconds with parchment paper to achieve a smooth, soft matte finish.
